Dear participants, sponsors, guests and judges … this will be the last ConCocktail show for the foreseeable future. After two loving and special years, we’re closing shop. But as a thank you, we’re throwing all of you an appreciation party. 

This will be an event to mingle and gather one last time as a community, to thank all of you who have supported us over the years. 

We will also be honoring Chuck Warda, our beloved sound and lighting engineer who passed away just after our last show. Chuck was with us for all but maybe two shows and was instrumental in making us look and sound as good as we did. His sudden loss was a gut shot to all of us and deserves to be remembered for the beautiful hard working soul that he was. We will be having a donation bucket at the ticket counter if you’d like to contribute to his family. 

We’ll have a special drinking songs playlist personally curated, and if you have any submissions of your favorite songs about drinking, we’d love to include them as well. Please send a Spotify link to ConCocktailPDX@gmail.com 

We will be raffling off some swag we’ve collected over the years. We will be having some samples from our last sponsor as well as some cocktail samples for you to enjoy. All tickets will include cocktail samples and tastings. 

As it’s close to Halloween, we will also be having a costume contest with three categories:

Dress as your favorite cocktail/liquor, dress as your best Natasha and dress as your best Xander.  

We love most of you, and thank you for your years of support and encouragement. You’ve made our dreams come true beyond our wildest expectations.
