A one of a kind Holiday Performance, on Lilla’s Birthday and the Winter Solstice! Warmth, joy, togetherness and a whole lot of love will be in the air! Come celebrate!
Lilla
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Lilla is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, bandleader and producer. Her music has charted on Billboard in the US and in the top 10 in the UK.
She brings a new spin and vibrant combination of soul, blues, jazz, funk and storytelling. Lilla’s most recent self-produced EP, Soul Love, fuses rich songwriting, Lilla deep grooves, tasty horn lines and soulful vocals.
Lilla has performed and worked with artists such as Annie Lenox, Michael Franti and Spearhead, Trombone Shorty, Esperanza Spaulding and more. At the age of six, she taught herself to play the piano by ear. Her music has taken her all over the world, from Kingston, Jamaica to Beijing, China. Lilla strives to create music that uplifts, empowers, reflects current social issues and connects through song.
Devin Phillips
Born and reared in New Orleans, the cradle of jazz, Devin Phillips’ intense affair with the saxophone began at the age of eight.
Performing, touring and recording with top jazz artists, such as Wynton Marsalis, Eddie Palmieri, The Headhunters, the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, musician Lenny Kravitz, and Los Hombres Caliente (with whom he recorded two award-winning albums) soon followed. His reputation as a sax man with intricate and rhythmically innovative sounds made him a popular feature at jazz festivals
Notes on Seating: Jack London provides two options. Reserved Seating is purchased on a table-by-table basis in the central part of the venue and is only available for select shows. Seating in the General Admission section is limited, first come first served, and may be standing room only.
