Clinton Fearon acoustic trio with Andy Coe and Newel Briggs
Magical acoustic trio with Jamaican reggae master Clinton Fearon and his friends, guitarists Andy Coe and Newel Briggs.
Clinton Fearon worked with both guitarists several time, but they never had the opportunity to perform an acoustic trio on stage together. It is a very special gift for Portland!
Clinton Fearon is the legendary roots reggae ambassador in the Emerald city. He started a new career here after leaving Jamaica and the Gladiators band, and found the Clinton Fearon and Boogie Brown Band in the mid 90s with local musicians. Clinton continues to work with new generations of artists and musicians in the Pacific Northwest.
Andy Coe is another Seattle’s legend, playing guitar worldwide with rock stars and leading his psychedelic rock quartet called the Andy Coe Band.
Newel Briggs is a talented and beloved guitarist based in Portland, teaching at the Portland Community College and playing with several artists in the area.
The three of them are very excited to celebrate with you the return of live music!
